Screed Doctor Ltd provides professional cement floor screeding, levelling, and finishing services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Services include site assessment, material selection, pouring, smoothing, and curing of floors.

All work is subject to availability, site suitability, and acceptance of booking terms. The website content does not constitute a guaranteed offer.


2. Quotations and Bookings

Quotations are based on information supplied by the Client and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any changes to site conditions, project scope, or timelines may require revised quotations.

Bookings are confirmed only upon written acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.


3. Work Scheduling and Charges

Hire or service charges are based on agreed project timelines. Additional work or extensions may incur extra charges. Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Charges may include material, labour, delivery, equipment, and related costs where applicable.


4. Site Access and Safety

Clients must ensure safe and adequate site access for our team and equipment. Delays due to access issues or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all relevant site safety procedures are followed during our operations.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate site and project details
  • Ensure site readiness and access for screeding operations
  • Follow health and safety guidelines for personnel and visitors
  • Protect the work area from interference until curing is complete
  • Notify the Company immediately of any hazards or site changes

Clients are responsible for damage caused to the work after completion, except where caused solely by Company negligence.


6. Quality, Maintenance, and Defects

Our team ensures screeding is performed to industry standards. Any defects or faults identified must be reported promptly. The Company will remedy issues caused by workmanship, but does not accept liability for defects caused by post-completion misuse or external factors.


7. Liability and Insurance

Clients are responsible for insuring property and assets affected by screeding operations. The Company limits liability for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability relating to our services is limited to the value of the contract.

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


8. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within the stated terms. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs. The Company may suspend ongoing work for overdue accounts.


9. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. The Company may charge cancellation fees if materials have been ordered or work scheduled. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have been incurred.


10. Website Terms of Use
